If your purse or wallet is lost or stolen, or if you feel that you have been a victim of identity theft, notify the Bank immediately and file a report with your local police. We will close your existing accounts and access cards, open new accounts and issue new ATM and Debit cards. Report the loss of credit cards to the credit bureaus.
The three major credit bureaus are:
- Equifax®
- Place a fraud alert (888) 766-0008
- Experian®
- Place a fraud alert (888) 397-3742
- TransUnion®
- Place a fraud alert (800) 680-7289
Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act) all consumers are able to obtain a free copy of their credit report on an annual basis. You may order your free reports from all three bureaus by calling Toll Free 1 (877) FACTACT (322-8228), or on the web at http://www.annualcreditreport.com.
